I fell off the Healthy Eating wagon this week. Damn! I was doing really well, too. But being around all the holiday goodies, combined with being stuck inside during all this snowy weather, has taken it's toll. The damage will be revealed tomorrow morning at my Jenny Craig weigh in. One good thing about going back to work will be more structure and less time to nibble. Here's a pic of me with three of my good friends from college at our 10 year reunion in October 2005. THIS is how I want to look again--no double chin in this photo!

YOU CAN DO IT! We are all so hard on ourselves. I am the champion of that, BUT I am here to tell you (since I can't tell myself) that you are beautiful inside and out, have three beautiful kids, and are blessed beyond words.
Now, there will be cake at Hope's birthday party right? :)
Honestly, if there is a big difference, I don't see it. You look amazing in all your pictures. Also, there must be some age defying Ingersoll gene because you and Bonnie don't seem to get any older!!!
I will admit that I also had a huge pity party today as I realized I have no tops to wear. Either my boobs are too big OR I have a huge muffin top. GRRRRRRR
I need to refocus too ---badly!
I think you look great, but I know how it feels to feel not so great about yourself, despite others attempts to tell you otherwise.
You can do it!

Awww, you are all such good friends. It helps to know that I'm not alone in this struggle (even though I know that intellectually, sometimes emotionally you just feel like everyone else has it together and you're the only one eating a bowl of melted cheddar cheese). Um, yes, I do that on occasion. I'm going to thank my parents for the age-defying Ingersoll gene, and yes Bonnie, there is a very large cake for all of us to indulge in tomorrow night!
